I have a Diploma for Fitness and Health Promotion from Durham College and a Diploma for Massage Therapy from Mohawk College. I became a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in February 2020, and have been helping individuals reach their goals and feel better ever since.
Whether it is for chronic pain, anxiety, relaxation, an overuse injury, or to maintain and improve soft tissue and joint health, I am here to help you reach your goals and improve your quality of life through massage therapy.
I have special interest in helping individuals improve their day-to-day life through increasing range of motion and overall mobility and function. I hope to help as many people as I can feel great and live their best life.
